    19 oz Lean Turkey Burger
    1 Large Onion Diced
    I can Diced Tomatoes
    2 large cans Hunt's Spaghetti sauce
    8 oz whole wheat spaghett
    4 cloves of garlic
    1tbls oregeno
    1tbls basil
    Salt and pepper to taste


Bring big pot of water to a boil, Add Noodles. Brown turkey burger and onion, garlic, oregeno, basil,and s&p until cooked through. Add tomatoes, sauce, and start the noodles. When noodles are almost done drain and add to meat sauce simmer in sauce 10 more min. Makes 6 servings
