    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, thawed
    1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
    Thin spaghetti (I guesstimated; just eye-ball however much you think you'll need. :-/)
    1/2 bottle (about 1/2 cup) of a 30-Minute Marinade (I used Lawry's Hawaiian 30-minute marinade; it's incredible!)
    1-2 tablespoons of oil (any kind you want, really: vegetable, canola, olive, etc.)


Heat oil in a pan and cook the previously cut chicken breast.
Cook spaghetti; rinse in cold water.
Cook vegetables like you normally would (in the steam bag or however else)
Add the veggies to the cooked chicken; add the spaghetti; mix well; add the marinade; mix well.
