    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into chunks or slivers
    1 Can cream of chicken soup
    1 Box Stuffing Mix, Chicken Flavoring
    1 (16 oz) Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1/3 Cup Milk


Mix soup, milk, and veggies; spread bottom of non-stick sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Top with chicken chunks, and stuffing mix prepared with water only, not the butter. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through at 350 degrees. Makes 4-6 hearty servings. (Can go farther, but this is our entire meal for dinner when we make it in our house.) This recipe is based on 6 servings
