    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    Trader Joe's Organic Marinara, 2 cup
    Salsa, 1 cup
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    Mission , 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla, 2 serving
    *Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .45 cup, shredded
    .5 tbsp chopped garlic.


- pre heat oven to 350 degrees
-cook turkey on pan, mix 1/2 taco seasoning in while cookking
- in a pot cook brown rice.
- slice tortials in strips
-mix salsa, tomato sauce,and rest of seasoning together.
-spray cooking dish w/ olive oil cooking spray
- layer each ingredient in cooking dish
1. sauce
2. turkey
3. corn
4. sour cream
5. cheese
6. strips
7. sauce

bake in oven for about 35 mins and then serve.
