Introduction

This is a cooked tuna salad, which I put over about a cup of iceberg lettuce It's high protein, low carb, and great for diabetics like me. This is a cooked tuna salad, which I put over about a cup of iceberg lettuce It's high protein, low carb, and great for diabetics like me.

Ingredients

    One can tuna in water or brine,
    half an onion,
    one tablespoon green bell pepper,
    some dried mixed herbs to taste,
    Half tablespoon olive oil.
    water.
    one tablespoon worcester sauce,
    one tablespoon tomato paste.

Directions

Add olive oil to pan and heat, add chopped onion, and pepper stir until lightly cooked add some water if it sticks, add the rest of the ingredients except the sauce and tomato paste, heat and stir for a minute then add the sauce and tomato paste and a little more water which will thicken sauce. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
