Ingredients

    1 can Rotel cilantro lime flavored if you can get it.
    1 can Stewed Tomatoes Mexican Recipe
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbs dried cilantro

Directions

Pour both cans into a blender. Add garlic and cilantro. Puree until just blended. If you like it a little hotter, you can add black pepper to taste.

As far as the serving size it makes a total of about 28 oz. Serve it anywhere that you would normally use salsa. My personal favorite is to dip Lays fat free tortilla chips into it. I also use it on baked potatoes.
