Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Green Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 6 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin,8oz
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
    Cornstarch, 2T

Directions

put all but cornstach and shallots in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min. Make a paste of the cornstarch and a little cold water.
Turn up heat and add the cornstarch stirring vigorously and add shallots. Finally season with some salt and pepper to suit your taste.
