    Instant, Quick oats, 1 cup, dry
    Orange Juice, 1 cup
    Molasses, .5 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
    Raisins, 20 grams
    Walnuts, 20 grams optional
    *Soy Protein Concentrate, .5 oz optional
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
    Milk 1%, .6 cup
    1 cup water


Begin heating water & juice on high for just a minute
add in the oats, spices, raisins, nuts, molases & protein powder and stir
once water is absorbed and oatmeal thickens pour into bowls
top with ground flaxmeal, brown sugar and milk
* You can get the dry ingredients ready in a bowl and the liquid ingredients ready in a stove top pot the night before and this takes just minutes to make in the morning!
