    5 Cups Chicken Stock
    2 T. Olive Oil
    2 T. Minced Garlic
    3/4 Cup diced onion
    2 - 4 Oz Can Diced Green Chile
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
    1 T. Ground Cumin
    1 T. Dried Oregano
    1 to 2 t. ground black pepper
    1/2 t. white pepper
    Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
    1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped, optional


Place beans in large pot with chicken stock and bring to a boil over high heat. IN a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chicken and cook until nice golden brown on sides then add garlic, onion, chiles and saute for 5 minutes. Add chile mixture to pot with beans. Add all spices. Cook on medium to low heat - stirring occasionally for about 2 1/2 hours. This recipe calculation is for 19 measuring cups of soup.
