    1 lb lean beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix (from 2 oz box)
    1 can (14 oz) beef broth
    3 cups water
    1 T packed brown sugar
    1 T worcestershire


4 Servings

Cook beef, soup mix and 1/4 t pepper over medium high unti lbrowned and cooked through. Drain.

Add broth, water, brown sugar and worcestershire. Heat to boiling. Reduce to med-low and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover, remove from heat.

Prepare Bisquick Cheesy Biscuit Croutons to go with soup, if desired.
