Ingredients

    1 cup Original Bisquick
    3 T grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup shredded swiss

Directions

Prepare with Beef and Onion Soup (Bisquick) or any other soup.

Heat oven to 425. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Stir Bisquick, parmesan and water. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick; roll to coat. Shape into ball and knead 10 times.

Roll into 12x6 inch rectangle, 1/4 inch thick on cookie sheet. Cut into 8 squares, but do not separate. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cut and separate squares slightly. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
