Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)
    Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 1 cup (remove)
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (2 oz), 2 oz (remove)
    Almond Meal - 0.25 cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Saute onions and all chopped vegetables.
Add spices, salt and soy sauce.
Mix in egg substitute, almond meal and cheese and bake for 30 min at 350 F. in a 9'"x 9" pan.
Cut into 9 pieces after it cools down.
