Introduction

You can put anything into these pancakes. This recipe is figured with 4 oz. of full-fat cherry-vanilla yogurt. You can put anything into these pancakes. This recipe is figured with 4 oz. of full-fat cherry-vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

    3 small eggs, beaten
    tiny dash vanilla extract
    1 tsp canola oil
    ¼ cup skim milk (or to desired batter thickness)
    4 oz. yogurt (plain or fruit)
    ¾-cup white flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    ½ tsp. salt

Directions

Beat batter and adjust to desired thickness. Any flavor yogurt may be used, and any kind of fruit can be added to batter.

Heat seasoned iron frying pan until drop of water dances on surface. Pour panckes and turnwhen bubble persist on edges. Pancake is done when springy throughout at a finger touch.

Stor in bowl covered with plate and serve with real maple syrup.
