Ingredients

    2 pounds lean ground beef
    2 large eggs
    1 c oats
    3/4 c chopped onion
    1/2 c ketchup

    Optional:
    1/2 c ketchup to go on top before baking
    (this is not included in the calories)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
