Oatmeal & Protein Mix Oatmeal & Protein Mix
Number of Servings: 1


    Protein powder, .75oz
    1 egg white
    1/2c or 1 packet instant oatmeal
    milk, add until moist
    cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste


Mix until spices are to taste;can use flavored oatmeal instead. If don't have packet, use 1/2c instant oatmeal. Mix oatmeal, egg and protein mix in bowl. Add milk until wet enough. Heat frying pan to med-high; spray with Pam. Makes 3 pancakes. When cooking, both sides will brown; take off the heat and slices lengthwise to create 6 pancakes.

Topping: 1t 100% real fruit jam/jelly with 1t water- mix and heat in microwave for 20 seconds. Pour over finished pancakes. Use spray butter if needed.
