    1 Cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
    32 oz. Ground turkey, 93% lean
    29 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
    14 zo Can Beef Broth Low Sodium
    29 oz. Can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
    2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 Tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium)


1. In large pot brown meat over medium high heat
2. Add peppers to browned meat and saute for 3-5 minutes
3. Stir in tmoatoes, sauce, broth, brown sugar, and soy sauce
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30-45 minutes
5. Add rice, and heat through

  • I have gone around this world looking for the perfect soup and moreover stuffed pepper soup and this is the one. TONS of flavor and perfect for those cold nights as an alternative to chili. This may be, for now, one of my all time favorite meals!! LOVE IT!!!!! - 1/20/09
