    1.25 cups heart smart bisquick
    .75 cups fat free sour cream
    2 tsp splenda
    1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
    .33 cup dried sweetened cranberries


stir all ingredients together it will still be a bit sticky. flour a surface to kneed the dough on. Gently kneed the dough about 10-12 times. Pat out to 1/2 inch thickness. Using a biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits. Gather extra dough, gently kneed it and pat out again. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes approx. 18 biscuits
