    2 Egg Whites
    1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
    2 Tbsp Chopped Grape Tomatos
    1 Chopped Green Onion (Scallion)
    Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    Salt to Taste
    Pepper to Taste


Beat 2 Egg Whites, salt & pepper in a bowl. Spray 8 inch frying pan w/ Olive Oil Pam. Over medium heat, fry the egg whites until 2/3's cooked. Flip Eggs over and cood until done. Place eggs on plate and sprinkle Onion, Tomatos and basil over 1/2 the eggs. Fold over the other half. Serve. Makes one serving.
