Ingredients

    1/4c light mayo
    2 tsp chili powder
    4 tilapia filets (1 pound total)
    1 1/2c frozen corn-thawed
    1 lime cut into 4 wedges

Directions

Preheat the broiler.
In a small bowl combine the mayo and the chili powder, with1/4 tsp salt.
Grease a 9" square baking dish with tsp of the mayo mix.
Place the tilapia filets in the dish and coat with the remaining mixture.
Top with the corn.
Broil until the corn is lightly browned and the fish is cooked through-about 10 mins.
Serve with the lime wedges.

  • I really liked this recipe. I'm collecting fish recipes to try to incorporate it at least 7 times a week in my menus. I used to hate fish but with the filets (sole, tilapia) I started to like fish and I know it's good for weight loss. - 2/12/09
