Introduction

Ingredients

    4 c. chicken stock
    2 oz quinoa linguine
    2 14 oz bags frozen mirepoix vegetables
    1 12.5 oz can chicken breast meat
    4 c. water
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Break up quinoa linguine into 2" pieces. Cook in stock until almost done (soft). Add veggies, chicken, and water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low until quinoa and veggies are done and flavors blend.
