Ingredients

    Oysters - canned, Granadaisa, 2 cup (remove)
    Smart Beat, Light Buttery Spread, 4 Tbsp,
    Milk - Hood Calorie Countdown - Low Fat 5 cupa
    Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, 1/2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup finely chopped
    Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs
    Dash or two of Old Bay
    5 Dashes of Lemon Pepper or Fresh Lemon Balm
    Worcestershire sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Add chopped onions and butter to heavy pot.
Heat onions until translucent
add oysters with juice, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce to pot
Bring just to boiling
Remove from heat, add milk
Add instant potatoes, stir to thicken

Season to taste

Makes 6 one cup servings for under 200 calories / ea
