Number of Servings: 8


    1 pkg. 12 oz Egg Noodles
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 can Brandy Mushrooms
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Sour Cream
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Cook noodles as per instructions indicated on package. Be sure to stir in olive oil to keep noodles from sticking after cooked.

While noodles are cooking, brown turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any drippings, grease or oil.

Add Cream of Mushroom Soup and Sour Cream. Drain canned mushrooms and add to mixture.

Heat mixture and serve over noodles.
