Introduction

Easy, and fast casserole. Easy, and fast casserole.

Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs, skin and bone removed, cubbed

    2 cups asparagus, cut into small pieces

    1 cup minute rice

    1 can cream of asparagus soup

    1 cup water (to be mixed with soup)

    Optional bread crumbs

Directions

Remove skin and bone from chicken thighs. Put in pan and prepare.
Make rice as stated on box.
Cut up asparagus into small pieces.

Take soup and add to 1 cup of water and mix.

Put rice, asparagus, cooked chicken and soup mix into 2 uart casserole bowl. Mix all together.

Put casserole into oven at 350 degress and cook for 30 min.

An option could be to put bread crumbs on top for a crust.
