Introduction

Yummy family favorite, makes enough for leftovers many times. Also great filler for enchiladas. Yummy family favorite, makes enough for leftovers many times. Also great filler for enchiladas.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    1 cans kidney beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    sprinkle of red chili flakes

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. Drain fat. Put back in pan and saute with onions until almost translucent. Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Fill each warm corn tortilla with 2 Tbsp of taco filling, shredded lettuce and tomatoes if desired!
*I usually freeze half of the mixture for a super awesome easy dinner.
