    7 oz. Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp coriander
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/8 tsp ground allspice
    1/2 tsp feshly grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Salt,if desired


Combine spices with marinade ingredients until well blended.
Add chicken and gently stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or broil three inches from the heat source until cooked through. Should take about 5-6 per side if you broil and 3-4 per side if you grill.

For the remainder of the meal in order to maintain 40-30-30:

Pour 2 2/3 teaspoons olive oil over 3 cups of sliced zucchini ans 2 1/2 cups of summer squash.
Add your favorite spices and grill or stir-fry.
Finish your barbecue for two with 1/2 canteloupe cut into wedges and 1 sliced kiwi.
