    4 Baking potatoes scrubbed
    ¼ cup butter melted
    ¼ tsp salt
    1 dash pepper
    ½ cup shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
    1 dach Paprika


Prick potatoes with fork. Bake at 435 for 50-60 minutes or until soft. Cool slightly then cut in halves. Scoop out a portion of the middle and reserve for mashed potatoes or hash. Cut each scooped out half into four pieces. Brush with butter; sprinkle with sale pepper cheese and paprika return to oven and bake 350 for 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
