Introduction

The average omlette at restaurants are anywhere from 600-2000 calories, but this handy homemade omlette is less than 300 and it so easy to make my teenaged son learned how tho make it.

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    5 squirts cooking spray
splash of 2% milk (about an ounce)
.25 cup low fat cheddar shredded
you can add chopped spinache, onions, mushrooms, etc. with very few calories. This is the basic recipe.

Directions

Beat to death 3 eggs with milk and dash of salt, pepper, maybe dill weed or parsely if you like, to taste.
Heat on medium high, a small non-stick skillet and when it is very hot pour in the egg mixture.
Swirl on the buner to make sure the omlette is being cooked evenly. When it begins to pull away from the sides, flip it or turn it over. Sprinkle cheese on top and fold over like a taco, set off burner and flip again if necessary.
