Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 large, chopped
    potatoes, 6 cups grated
    Carrots, raw, 2 cups grated
    Egg, fresh, 5 large, beaten
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, minced, to taste
    Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 1.5 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Wheat germ, crude, .5 cup
    Nutritional Yeast, 4 Tbsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 2 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 300. Saute onion in oil until well done, add garlic. Add broth, carrots, and potatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in eggs. Mix remaining ingredients and add to vegetables. Pour into large greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
