Ingredients

    2 T butter
    2 T flour
    2 c water
    1 clove garlic
    1 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    1/4 t thyme
    2 c chopped potato
    1 c chopped carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 pound mixed seafood
    2 c skim milk

Directions

In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually add water and bring to boil. Add garlic, seasoning, chopped potatoes, carrots, onion, celery. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add
seafood. Cook until seafood is opaque. Add milk. Heat and serve.
