Introduction

Delicious Vegan version of my favorite pizza. Filling, yet light. Kids love it too. Delicious Vegan version of my favorite pizza. Filling, yet light. Kids love it too.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Pizza Dough:
    2 1/2 cups Flour
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbs olive oil
    1 cup water


    Toppings:
    "Sauce"
    4 tbs olive oil
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    3 cloves garlic
    1tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt



    Toppings:
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup kalamata olives
    3/4 cup vegan cheese substitue


Directions

Blend all dough ingredients, knead, refrigerate for at least 30 min

Mix sauce contents, flatten dough and spread on pizza pan, spread 3/4 of the sauce on the dough.

Layer the spinach leaves on the crust followed by the olives then the cheese. Drizzle remaining sauce over the pizza and bake at 450 degrees for 15 min or until golden brown.
