Ingredients

    8 oz neufchatel cheese (lPhiladelphia brand)
    4 oz light cheddar/jack cheese, shredded
    .5 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    4 oz of cooked, diced chicken breast
    .25 cup of bleu cheese dressing
    Celery stalks cut in 4 inch pieces for dipping

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread neufchatel cheese on the bottom of a small to medium baking casserole.

In a seperate bowl, combine diced chicken breast (cooked) and Frank's Red Hot (hot sauce). Pour over top of Neuchatel cheese. Pour blue cheese dressing over top of chicken/hot sauce mix. Sprinkle shredded cheddar/colby cheese on top.

Bake until bubbly - 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve with celery for dipping.
