This pork chop is fresh, tasty, and sure to please! This pork chop is fresh, tasty, and sure to please!
Number of Servings: 2


    2 Pork Chops
    Citrus & Pepper Seasoning (No Salt Added)
    Dill Weed (dried or fresh)
    Bullseye Old West Hickory BBQ Sauce
    (any bbq sauce will do, but the hickory gave a great smoky flavor)


Make sure your pork chops are well thawed through.
Use a frying pan/skillet, and turn burner to medium heat.
While one side is sizzling, sprinkle citrus & pepper seasoning and dill weed onto the chop. After about 45 seconds, flip and repeat on the other side.
When bottom of chop begins to cook, brush on some bbq sauce, lightly.
Flip and repeat.
Continue flipping for even cooking until desired texture. Ensure pork chop is no longer pink on the inside and juices run clearly.

Makes 2 delicious pork chops! Goes wonderfully with wild rice and corn.
