    4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups water
    5 stalks of celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb baby carrots, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can campbells cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 can campbells cream of celery soup (98% fat free)
    1 tbsp margarine
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
    salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot over high heat, combine the chicken, carrots, and celery with two cans of chicken broth and 2 cups of water, and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.

In a small skillet, saute onions and garlic in margarine.

After 15-20 minutes, remove chicken from pot and set aside to cool. Drain about two cups of the liquid from the pot and continue simmering vegetables on low. Add onions and garlic to the vegetables and broth.

Pull chicken apart into bite size pieces; return to pot.

Increase heat to medium, and add the cans of condensed soup. Season with salt and pepper. Pull the biscuit dough into pieces, and add to the soup. Simmer over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
