Using egg substitute is a great calorie and fat saver. Using egg substitute is a great calorie and fat saver.
Number of Servings: 6


    pork tenderloin
    bamboo shoots
    egg sub
    sesame oil
    egg roll wrappers


Dice up the pork
Shred the cabbage and carrots. (I used a cole slaw mix)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon out 2 tablespoons of mixture on each egg roll wrapper and wrap. Brush tops with a bit of the liquid from the mix and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Turn eggrolls as the tops brown. Enjoy!
