Introduction

I like to make this the night before work - very easy, and usually served with crackers, or by itself. I like to make this the night before work - very easy, and usually served with crackers, or by itself.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can of Tuna (I use Starkist)
    1 small onion
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 tbsp kraft mayo
    .5 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Chop up your onion, red & green peppers, and put them to the side.

Drain your can of tuna, add lemon juice and mayo, and salt &pepper (if you would like) to taste. Mix well. Add veggies, store in air-tight container in fridge.
