A delicious quick and easy prawn/pasta dish.

    400g dried pasta (any kind)
    200g broccoli, cut into florets
    1 tbsp olive oil
    400g prawns
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    Pinch of dried chilli flakes
    Sprinkle of parsley


1. Cook the pasta as per instructions

2. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli for 3 mins until tender

3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the prawns with the garlic and chilli until they are pink and just cooked through. Add broccoli and parsley

4. Drain the pasta and add to the prawns and broccoli. Toss well and serve.
