    1 refrigerated rolled pie crust
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
    4 oz lean ham, diced
    Kraft Deli Fresh 2% Swiss slices, 5 slices, shredded
    4 eggs
    12 oz can evaporated skimmed milk (fat free)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    pinch nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375. Unroll pie crust in deep-dish 9-inch pie pan. In large nonstick skillet, cook onion, garlic and mushrooms until onion is tender and mushrooms have given off their liquid. Layer ham, onion-mushroom-garlic mixture, and shredded cheese in the pie crust. Mix eggs, evaporated milk, salt, white pepper and nutmeg using an immersion blender or regular blender. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set (knife inserted in center should come out clean.) If necessary, cover edge of crust with foil to prevent excess browning. Makes 8 servings.
