Introduction

Good as a snack or served over chicken. Good as a snack or served over chicken.

Ingredients

    3 large, ripe tomatoes, diced
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
    2 limes, juiced
    1 small green bell pepper, seeded, minced
    1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles with juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill until serving time.

Makes about 12 servings.
