Ingredients

    1 CUP FLOUR
    1 CUP CORN MEAL
    ½ CUP SUGAR ( ¼ TO ½ CUP DEPENDING HOW SWEET YOU LIKE YOUR BREAD, THESE CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON 1/2 CUP)
    3 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
    1 TEASPOON SALT
    1 CUP SKIM MILK
    1/3 CUP OIL
    1 EGG

Directions

HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. GREASE 8 OR 9-INCH BAKING PAN. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS. STIR IN MILK, OIL, AND EGG. MIX JUST UNTIL DRY INGREDIENTS ARE MOISTENED. POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE WARM
