Introduction

Ingredients

    3 tuna steaks
    1 onion
    1 red pepper
    1 lime
    1 chili pepper diced small
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Put olive oil in to a fry pan, add onions and pepper finely diced and juice of 1 lime and a little grated lime zest, dice chili pepper finely and remove seeds and add to the above, once onions and peppers are soft add 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes and sugar and put aside.
In another pan sear the tuna steaks on both sides then place in ovenproof dish pour over the sauce and bake in a medium oven for 15-20 minites. serve with vegetables.
