Introduction

Easy, tasty, hearty! Usually ready to eat in after only 30 minutes of simmering but tastes even better the next day!! Easy, tasty, hearty! Usually ready to eat in after only 30 minutes of simmering but tastes even better the next day!!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.25 lb lean ground beef, 94% or more
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans chili beans (chili starter beans)
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free.
    2 TBSP chili powder
    1 can diced green chilis

Directions

Brown ground beef. Drain and rinse. Add all other ingredients to the pot, heat through. Serve with sour cream or shredded cheese on top (optional). Sometimes I even add a cup of frozen corn. (not included in nutritional stats) Tastes even better the next day! Makes 10 one cup servings.
