    Crumble ground beef
    beat egg
    make well in middle of ground beef
    add egg and crackers
    add onions and bell peppers
    season to taste (I like coarse black pepper and I just shake it in there until it looks like enough, the same with salt)
    mix well
    spray baking pan (9x13)
    add the meat and spread out completely in the pan
    top with tomatoe paste


Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until center is no longer pink. When Done, Carefully drain off what fat there is, if using lean meat there shouldn't be much. This will serve 8 big sizes or more if you choose smaller servings.
