Ingredients

    1/2 lb. small shrimp, peeled
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    3 tsp. diced garlic
    1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
    12 oz. Farfalle Pasta (bow tie pasta)

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

In large skillet, heat shrimp, garlic and onion until shrimp turns pink. Add can of diced tomatoes and cooking wine. Heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Serve over pasta.
