Ingredients

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
3 large slices cucumber
3 small banana peppers
Directions
Place lettuce leaves in a large dish or on a large plate. On one side, pile olives up onto lettuce. Beside olives, pile tomatoes; next, pile red peppers; then pile the onions. On the top, sprinkle the feta. Set cucumbers overlapping on the opposite side of the piled ingredients, then the banana peppers beside them.
Serve with a slice of pita and your favorite italian or greek salad dressing! YUM! I actually ate mine without dressing because the tomatoes, peppers, and olives had enough juice for me.
