Ingredients

    1.5 lb. ground turkey (lean)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    3 medium red potatoes, cubed
    1 cup water
    1/2 c. white flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in the olive oil and black pepper. Add celery and onion and saute until onions are aromatic. Add turkey mixture, carrots, and cubed potatoes to a baking pan and blend together until evenly distributed. In a saucepan, heat water, flour, parmesan cheese and dressing mix and slowly add milk until it forms a sauce. Heat until thickened to enough to mix into the vegetables and meat already in the baking pan. Cover baking pan with foil and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
