An awesome dish that tastes really decadent but isn't! I serve mine over rice. An awesome dish that tastes really decadent but isn't! I serve mine over rice.
Number of Servings: 2


    -2 pieces thinly sliced tilapia or other fish (3oz each)
    -I can mushrooms
    - 2-3 chunks imitation crab meat
    - 1/4 c. onion, chopped
    - 1 tb butter
    - 1/4 c milk
    - 1 tb flour
    - 1/4 c mozarella cheese

    Salt & Pepper to Taste


Sautee onions with nonstick cooking spray. Add mushrooms & crabmeat. Pour sauteed mixture over fish and make a roll. Place into a baking dish seam side down.

In your pan melt 1 tb butter. Add flour. Then add milk & a few tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.

Pour over your fish. Put into the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 400 F. Sprinkle cheese on top & put back into oven for a few minutes to melt if desired.

Makes two fish rolls
