    Egg substitute 1 serving
    1/4 cup of chopped red peppers
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    3 sea scallops seared and sliced
    1/4 cup mushrooms
    1 hand full of fresh spinach
    1tbsp olive oil
    1clove garlic chopped


put iol in frying pain, add garlic and onion, add sea scallops sear , add rest of veggies and cook until desired tenderness, add egg sub and cook until egg done
Serve on plate with a side of feta cheese and bread if desired
