    8 oz cooked chicken shredded
    4 oz ready mixed coleslaw mix, the bag kind
    2T teriyaki sauce
    10 larrge (7") egg-roll wrappers
    what & black sesame seeds
    1T peanut oil


- makes 10 spring rolls. Nutrition is per spring roll.

Heat wok until almost smoking, then add oil. Add codeslaw (through away sauce packet) and chicken for 30sec, then add 2T teriyaki sauce. Mix through and remove from heat. let cool slightly.

Place 1 wrapper on counter with a corner pointing at you. Put 1/20th of filling on wrapper.

Fold over nearest corner up covering filling. Fold in bot sides and finish by rolling away from you and moisten the very end with a dab of water to help stick. Continue with remaining wrappers.

Serve extra sauce as diping sauce.
