    Beef blade pot roast
    1 cup red wine
    1.5 cup beef broth
    2 cloves garlic
    2 onions
    5-6 stalks of celery
    2-3 mushrooms
    Montreal Steak spice


Using a fork pierce the beef in several places. Chop up two cloves of garlic and push pieces into the fork holes. Rub steak spice on top of the roast.

In a shallow pan mix 1/2 cup of red wine and 1/2 cup of beef broth. Sit roast in the marinade over night.

In the morning heat olive oil in a pan and sear both sides of roast saving marinade. Place roast in crock pot with marinade and an extra 1/2 cup of beef broth. Add 2 onions, 5-6 stalks of celery, chopped. Slice some mushrooms and lay on top of the roast.

Cook on low for 10 hours.

Ta Da! Yummy fall-apart succulent pot roast. I serve this with baked sweet potatoes or boston style potatoes and some kind of green yummy vegetable like broccoli or green beans.
