Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 cup low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    4 slices tomato

Directions

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. While meat is browning, mix Bisquick and water to form a dough. Add water gradually as needed. Roll the dough out flat for the pie crust. Place the dough in the pan.
Add Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the soup and egg.
Put meat mixture into the pie plate, then pour soup mixture over top of meat mixture. Spread cheese over top next. Place the tomato slices on top and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 8.
